If you need to cancel and give us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled time of your live seminar/workshop/event, you will receive full “in house” credit for monies paid. Credit can be used for any and all programs/products at Act Outside the Box.
Anything inside of the 48 hour cut off time is considered a late cancellation. The main reasons for late cancellations are illness and last-minute acting work. We understand these situations and do our very best to make sure you NEVER lose money because of a schedule change. If we can replace you, you may still receive credit, however it is not a guarantee. If you are a “no show” (no advanced notice) for a program, special event or networking party, you will not receive credit. Always be in communication.
Please note there are no cancellations or transfers for teleseminars/webinars as these programs are recorded and materials emailed. If you miss the live virtual event, you will still be able to participate.
There is no credit available if you are unable to download our digital products due to user technical issues and/or knowledge level.
Golden Circle Membership cancellation must occur at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date in order for the payment to be stopped from automatic processing. We regret we cannot refund you if you do not cancel in time.

No software or hardware techniques are employed to capture a visitor’s e-mail address without their knowledge. Certain applications on the Act Outside the Box website may require users to register or to provide personal information in order to make a commerce transaction, to enter a contest, or to subscribe to a newsletter. Such personal information is not shared or sold to third parties. To better enable us to service our patrons, the web site may be used as a survey tool to request demographic information. If we request demographic information, we will not share your personal information as an individual with any other entity.
Act Outside the Box will protect any personal financial information that you share with us. If you make a purchase on-line, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our Web Server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties.
