From acting teachers, to life coaches, to monologue books; I have paid money for things I wish I hadn't in this industry. So I was so relieved to find that the information Lisa has to offer was exactly what I was looking for. No one else quite teaches the business side of acting like she does. People will tell you about it and how crucial it is to be good at it, but Lisa actually gives you tools and tangible steps to further your career.

Lisaaa!  I wanted to let you know that for the fourth time I emailed a casting director I met last August at an on-camera class and she just replied for the first time! I truly cannot thank you enough! 

Act Outside the Box is a great way to stay focused, get connected and hear candid insight from Lisa and industry insiders.  It's a wonderful group of artists to be a part of and it's great to feel the love and encouragement from each member and know that you are not alone on this journey.  For me, it's given me clarity into what my next steps and goals should be and a support group to help me achieve them.

I have met with Lisa twice in person for private coaching. I wish I could see her and listen to her wise words every single day. She is an incredibly bright, warm, and charming person and knows exactly what advice or plan of action to offer by really listening to your questions and concerns.  I was quite lost, unsure of how to go on, or where to find strength to continue pursuing my acting dreams. Lisa inspired me to do all the right things that resulted in my successful interview, and now representation with my new agent.  Thank you Lisa!

As a director, I often find it helps an actor to first confirm what she or he is doing well, then offer any suggestions I might have. You did that so well for ME and now I feel even more confident in my product. I learned how to consider the structure of the business of show, presenting it so clearly it finally makes sense. You're confirming that I'm my own boss, marketing director, admin assistant, and bookkeeper.
