Act Outside the Box will protect any personal financial information that you share with us. If you make a purchase on-line, we will use your credit card number only to process your payment and will not use it for marketing purposes. For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored on our Web Server. We will retain order information for our records, but this information is never shared with third parties. |
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of your seminar, you will receive credit for monies paid. It can be used for any and all programs at Act Outside the Box. There may be special cancellation policies for programs occurring on or near holidays. Those policies will be specially noted on the website or in emails for those particular programs. It is YOUR responsibility to read and know any changes in policy due to holidays.
If your cancellation occurs within the 48 hour time period before an event, you can schedule a place in the same seminar or event at a later date for a $10 transfer fee. However, you may want to re-adjust your schedule to attend, since although we do our best to have full programs we can never promise a replacement. The main reasons for late cancellations are illness and last-minute acting work. Much as we empathize with these situations, we would not be able to stay in business if we didn't charge, even when these situations occur.
If you are a "no show" for a program, special event or networking party, you will not receive credit under any circumstances.
